It's that time of the year! I have to say that I do not love canning, but I do enjoy it. It's kinda like gardening, a lot of hard work but very, very rewarding. I started Friday night by blanching and peeling my tomatoes and then started again sat. morning at 9:15 and was done by 5:15 in the evening. You might be wondering where my children were and they were camping with Grant in the backyard. And most of saturday they just played around the tent.

Okay, when I blanch my tomatoes I am always complaining that I never have a tupperware big enough for my ice bath. Then I see your picture and thought "Duh!" the kitchen sink is perfect!
My tomatoes are almost in and I've been wondering who to ask on how to can them, now I know. I won't make you help me but I will ask for tips! :) Congrats on all the hard work!
