The Birthday Madness has begun

Yes ladies and gentlemen it is April, which means Birthdays in the Olson home. This is by far one of the busiest months in our home. Thanks to all the births we've had so far, oh and that darn little bunny that lays EGGS!!! Sorry to everyone who loves Easter, it's just that it has nothing to do with Easter and I grew up in a home that celebrated Easter Sunday but not Easter Eggs, so having this madness along with my birthday madness makes me a bit MAD. Anyway I have over come it so far this year, which means focus only on Birthday parties and last Sunday was our first party of the month, we will later post all our other B-day activities for the month.

This was our family get together and these were some yummy, yummy red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. They were delicious! The recipe is on the parenst magazine this month (Why does Grant's arm look like it's broken and hanging over the chair like that?? I guess long arms??)

Last night we found out 2 very important things. First, Trey has started with "selective" stranger anxiety, he choose who and them lets go of all the air in his lungs non-stop! So sorry Hilary! She had to listen to that for I don't know how long? But he did stop and that is a good thing.(some kids never do stop until that person is gone) Second we are very glad to have purchased season tickets to the Hale Center Theater last nights performance was pretty darn good, so we can't wait till next months show.

All shook up had me so shook up I could barely get to bed. Only bad thing is they get out so late, I have not been out of my house past 8 or 9pm that I felt like I was single and out late. "Oh the joys of being a parent."
